The major challenge we wanted resolved through the various development program’s was that we wanted the team to function as trusted advisors to our customers and in order to do that, we needed to elevate their leadership, business and project management skills and knowledge.

When we ran with the first Development program, the consultants could really apply what they had learned in the workplace, and it became a language within BB1. The application of the learning into our customers resulted in the go-live date on one of the projects being moved out due to risks being identified.The consultants have really embraced what they have learned and applying it.
