Course Overview


This course provides you with both theoretical and practical knowledge of structured and successful sales work. You will be exposed to a variety of techniques, from the basics of sales through the entire sales process – prioritisation of your time, on to the first contact with the customer and finally to a successful close. We give you the best opportunities to succeed in reaching set targets through inspiration, new perspectives and awareness of success factors.

Learning Objectives

After the course, you have the knowledge and skills necessary to conduct the sales process in a credible and trustworthy manner. You are also able to ensure that all of the stages of the sales process are done in an exemplary way. You are conscious of the critical points of the sales process and you have practiced a winning sales methodology. Elements include, for example, communication, doing an inventory of the customer’s needs, presenting a winning solution and closing the deal in a professional manner. The road to the close will be clearer, simpler and more enjoyable.
